Houseable is a persistent record for a physical property — its equipment, connected devices, repair history, manuals and service providers. When the home changes hands, the record goes with it.
What it does
- Manage — track what's installed, what it cost, who serviced it, and when it needs attention again.
- Stay connected — every smart device's account, and exactly what must happen to it at handoff.
- Transfer — hand the whole record to the next occupant, or scope temporary access for a renter or guest.

Houseable is in active development. The iOS app is in private testing.
